Special Projects / Sale and Purchase

Together with the Tramontana teams, the Special Projects team works to bring ideas to cover not only short term needs but aim to bring long term business solutions that are valuable to our clients.

 

This includes the commercial relationship with all of our customers by supporting the Tramontana teams to improve the service delivered by examining potential added value that could benefit the day to day of each customer.

 

We have direct access to leading independent and public listed Charterers, Ship Owners and Shipyards, allowing us to offer very competitive opportunities covering Sale and Lease back contracts, Tax Lease structures supported with special tonnage tax arrangements, New Building Contracts and special investments and or sales.


Tramontana through its Special Projects department is also working on assembling a Private Equity alternative fund specialising in the Shipping sector. The purpose of the fund is to offer investment opportunities in the freight and shipping markets with notable risk adjustments on the return value.
Our aim is to put forward to the fund investors unique structures to make sound investments that will be managed by Tramontana.
